USA: $6
Canada: $10
International: $25
UK orders, please shop on Etsy. It may not always be updated, so please contact me if there's something from this store that you don't see there.

shipping info
I ship from Canada. Some countries and postal services may charge import and handling fees before or upon delivery; regulations for US-bound orders specifically are changing rapidly, so please be aware of this before placing an order.
These fees are your responsibility. The cost of shipping doesn't cover any of these fees. It's a separate payment that you'll need to pay to your postal service and/or government to receive your order.
If your package is abandoned or destroyed due to you failing to pay these import fees, or if you refuse the delivery, your order cannot be refunded.

Double check your shipping address!! Make sure you include your apartment, unit, or suite number if you have one.
Please also make sure that the name for the order matches with the legal name of someone actually living at the address. For example - if you're buying a gift for a friend and sending it to their home, put their name on the address, not your own. Sometimes packages get sent back if the name doesn't match anyone living at the address.
If your order is sent back to me, you are responsible for paying for shipping again for me to send it back out. I can also refund your order, minus the original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

✦ When will I receive my order?
Here's the general shipping timeframes:
Contiguous US/Canadian orders: 1-3 weeks
Everywhere else: 2-10 weeks
This is after the order processing time of up to 2 weeks. If your order hasn't been delivered within those timeframes, please contact me.
✦ Does my order come with tracking?
Generally, yes! You'll have to use the standard shipping option at checkout. You'll receive a tracking email once your order has been packed and is ready to ship.
✦ What's untracked lettermail?
This is a lower cost alternative for a limited amount of stickers and small prints that can be mailed in a stamped, untracked envelope. I can fit about 8 stickers and small prints in an envelope, so you'll see lettermail shipping available at checkout if your order qualifies for it.
Since this shipping method is untracked, I can only re-send your mail if it gets lost.
✦ I need to change my address!
If you haven't received a tracking email yet, contact me asap with your order number and updated address.
If you received a tracking email, there's a very small window in which I can change your address. It's not guaranteed, but it's worth asking so please contact me asap.
If you received a tracking email and I have already dropped off your parcel, contact your local post office for options to intercept the package for you. Once an order has been dropped off, I'm unable to do anything as I have no control over the postal service.
✦ I placed two separate orders, can you combine them?
I don't combine orders. However, if your orders haven't shipped yet, contact me and I can cancel and refund them and you can place a new one. If there's anything with limited stock in your orders, I can save it in a reserved listing for you.
✦ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I don't accept returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with your order though, please contact me!
✦ Something's missing / I received the wrong order!
Contact me within 3 days with your order number, along with your issue. If something is damaged or you received someone else's order, please include a photo so I can get that sorted out asap!
